The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, pays close attention to detail, and is committed to delivering excellent customer service. This role involves cleaning residential windows and occasionally providing blind cleaning services. You will play a key role in maintaining high service standards and ensuring every client has a great experience. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of exterior and interior windows on residential properties. Operate professional window cleaning equipment safely and effectively. Assist with blind cleaning services as scheduled. Provide before-and-after photos of work for quality control and customer satisfaction. Follow safety protocols at all times, ensuring both team and client property are protected. Represent the company professionally with clients, maintaining a friendly and respectful attitude. Requirements Previous experience in window cleaning, janitorial, or related work preferred (but not required — training provided). Comfortable working on ladders and outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship. Good time management and ability to stay on schedule. Physically able to lift 40+ lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a crew.
