Skilled Construction Laborer

We are a growing retaining wall and excavation company looking for a skilled construction laborer to join our crew. We specialize in retaining walls, grading, drainage, excavation, and outdoor construction projects. We're looking for someone dependable, hardworking, and experienced in outdoor construction environments. Responsibilities Assist with retaining wall installation Operate hand tools, compactors, saws, and construction equipment Set base material, block, drainage systems, and backfill Perform grading, excavation, and site prep work Read grade stakes and follow project layouts Load/unload materials and maintain clean job sites Work safely and efficiently with crew members Qualifications Construction or hardscape experience preferred Bi-lingual (spanish) is preferred and will increase starting wage Experience with retaining walls, excavation, landscaping, or concrete is a plus Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred Ability to show up on time and work hard every day Equipment operation experience is a bonus Strong work ethic and positive attitude required What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Consistent full-time work Benefits including holidays and paid time off Opportunity for advancement Good crew and professional work environmentIf you take pride in quality work and want to be part of a growing company, we'd like to hear from you.
