Sweep, scrub, mop floors. Vacuum carpets, rugs and draperies as needed. Dust or clean/polish furniture, fixtures and fittings. Empty and clean trash containers, disposing of trash in a sanitary manner. Wipe down and sanitize wash basins, mirrors, tubs and showers. Wipe down glass surfaces. Wash windows as scheduled. Sort, wash, load and unload dirty laundry; Sort, fold, put away clean laundry. Report necessary repairs. Ensure all lost and found items are logged appropriately. Be familiar with all property amenities. Follow all company policies and procedures. Identify the needs of our guests and meet these needs, aiming to exceed expectations at every opportunity. Pick up ground litter around property or whenever visible. Perform other duties or special projects as assigned. Qualifications Maintain professional, friendly demeanor. Strong organizational skills required. Be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must have an eye for detail. Dedicated to providing excellent service. Requirements Ability to work on your own or as part of a team. Frequent bending, reaching overhead and squatting Lift, carry, and place objects weighing up to 50lbs without assistance. Push/pull objects weighing up to 50lbs without assistance. Continual use of manual dexterity and gross motor skills with frequent use of bi-manual dexterity and fine motor skills.
