We value continuous improvement and encourage our employees to expand their skills and gain experience within the excavation industry. Laborers will work with grading, installing underground utilities, and other work associated with excavation. Candidates must be able to perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting, and work outdoors in all weather conditions. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, dependable, punctual, and available to work full-time Monday through Friday. A valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation is required. We participate in E-Verify and maintain a drug-free workplace; employment is contingent upon passing a pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities:

Tasks will include shoveling, fine grading and operating small compaction equipment. Assist with grading and excavation tasks. Work on the installation of underground utilities such as water, sewer, and storm drainage systems. Operate and maintain equipment and tools associated with excavation and utility installation. Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.

Qualifications:

No experience necessary. Must be able to lift 90 pounds repeatedly and be on your feet all day. Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Experience in construction, excavation, or utility work is preferred butnot required. Strong work ethic and team player attitude. You must have a valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation as our job sites include Weber, Salt Lake, Tooele and Utah Counties. You must be dependable, on time, and able to work full-time M-F. Occasional weekend work is available during busy seasons.
