Construction Laborer

Interviews mon-fri from 6am -7a: 5421 Vine Street, Alexandria, VA 22310 Construction Laborer - W.B. Hopke Co., Inc. Overview W.B. Hopke Co., Inc., a leading underground utility and heavy civil contractor in the DC-Northern Virginia region, is seeking motivated and hardworking Laborers to join our team. As a Laborer, you will assist with day-to-day construction activities, support our crews in the field, and help ensure job sites are safe, efficient, and productive. Duties & Responsibilities Assist in the setup and cleanup of job sites, including loading and unloading materials Perform basic construction tasks: digging, lifting, carrying, backfilling, and moving materials Operate hand tools and power tools safely under supervision Support pipe crews, equipment operators, and other trades as directed Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times Follow instructions from foremen and supervisors and work as part of a team Qualifications Previous construction experience preferred but not required - we will train motivated individuals Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in all weather conditions Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions accurately Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment a plus Valid Real ID is required to be considered for employment Work Schedule & Interviews Full-time position with overtime opportunities In-person interviews are held Monday through Friday, 6:00-7:00 AM at our office: 5421 Vine Street, Alexandria, VA 22310 Why Join W.B.
