In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting various phases of building projects, from initial site preparation to finishing touches. Your hands-on expertise and proactive approach will help ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction sites, including residential, commercial, and hardscaping projects, while honing your skills across multiple trades. Responsibilities Assist with building construction tasks such as framing, drywall installation, plastering, and trim carpentry to support project timelines and quality standards Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for tasks including flooring installation, tile laying, caulking, stucco application, and glass installation Support hardscaping construction projects by installing pavers, retaining walls, walkways, and other outdoor features Help with window and door hanging, flooring installation, and other building material installations as directed Conduct construction site inspections to ensure safety protocol adherence and proper execution of plans Interpret technical drawings and construction plans to assist in accurate material placement and task execution Operate heavy equipment when necessary for site preparation or material handling while maintaining safety standards Requirements Proven construction experience with a strong understanding of building processes and safety protocols Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation with a focus on safety and efficiency Knowledge of various trades including carpentry (including trim carpentry), electrical work, plumbing, drywall installation, plastering, stucco application, caulking, tile laying, flooring installation, glass installation, door hanging, and hardscaping construction Ability to interpret technical drawings and construction plans accurately Outdoor work experience across different weather conditions with a focus on safety and quality workmanship Familiarity with construction management practices such as estimating and inspection is a plus Strong teamwork ethic with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively on-site Valid experience in remodeling projects or renovation work is desirable Join us to be part of a vibrant team committed to building excellence!
