The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the operations of our projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The Laborer will play a crucial role in ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely. Duties Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment. Perform general site clean-up and maintenance. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks. Support skilled tradespeople as needed during construction or maintenance activities. Maintain a safe and organized work environment by adhering to safety protocols. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to the job. Experience Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required. Familiarity with construction tools and equipment is a plus. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others. A valid driver's license may be required for certain positions.
