This role involves assisting with the installation of structural steel beams, supporting the construction process, and ensuring safety standards are maintained on-site. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, eager to learn, and prepared to work in a dynamic construction environment. Applicants must be authorized to work in the specified location and be prepared with appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position is paid and offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in the construction industry. Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and setup of work areas for H-beam installation. Support skilled workers in lifting, positioning, and securing H-beams according to project specifications. Prepare and organize PPE for daily use to ensure safety compliance on-site. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Use basic hand tools and equipment under supervision to facilitate efficient workflow. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards. Be adaptable to various tasks as assigned by supervisors during the construction process. Requirements Ability to be authorized to work in the specified location. Willingness to prepare PPE daily and adhere to all safety guidelines. Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and perform manual labor for extended periods. Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions accurately.
