Laborer

Responsibilities:

Perform tasks involving physical labor at the construction site. Operate hand and power tools of all types, such as air hammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, small mechanical hoists, and a variety of other equipment. Clean and prepare sites, set braces and frames, pour and finish concrete, erect scaffolding, clean up rubble and debris, etc. Assist other craft workers.

Requirements:

Must be able to climb vertically and work at heights in excess of 150 feet. Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 pounds on a frequent basis. Must be able to perform physical work that requires frequent use of arms and legs and moving the whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials. Must be able to work outdoors in exposed weather conditions on a day-to-day basis. Must wear required personal protective (PPE) and safety equipment. Must abide by ALL of the company's safety rules and work with supervision on performing all tasks in the safest manner. Must be able to meet the physical demands of construction work. May include other duties as assigned. Pre-employment, post-offer drug screen and physical required.
