Responsibilities Assist with demolition, framing, drywall installation, and finishing work to prepare sites for further construction or remodeling. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete tasks such as cutting, measuring, and assembling materials. Support carpentry tasks including trim carpentry, door hanging, cabinet installation, and framing. Conduct site clean-up, material handling, and ensure job sites are organized and safe at all times. Assist with plumbing and electrical tasks under supervision to support installation or repair efforts. Participate in construction inspection processes to maintain quality standards throughout each phase of the project. Contribute to restoration projects including drywall repair, plastering, caulking, and painting for finished surfaces. Support fabrication of custom components or structures using various materials to meet project specifications. Qualifications Prior experience working on construction sites or in remodeling environments is highly preferred; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn! Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and basic construction equipment is essential. Knowledge of construction safety protocols and ability to follow safety guidelines diligently. Basic understanding of plumbing systems, electrical wiring, masonry techniques, and concrete finishing is a plus. Strong teamwork skills with excellent communication abilities; proactive attitude toward problem-solving on-site. Physical stamina to perform manual labor including lifting heavy materials, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions.
