Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely. As a Construction Laborer, you will work alongside skilled tradespeople and contribute to the overall success of our construction projects. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites. Load and unload materials and equipment as needed. Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision. Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment. Perform physical labor such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials. Maintain an organized work area to ensure efficiency and safety. Requirements Must be reliable, punctual and have a strong work ethic. Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds). Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus. Willingness to learn new skills and take on various tasks as needed. Adherence to safety standards and practices on the job site.
