In this energetic role, you'll engage in a variety of construction activities, from building and remodeling to hardscaping and installation projects. Your hands-on skills and attention to detail will contribute to high-quality craftsmanship on diverse outdoor and indoor projects. Responsibilities Assist with the installation of building materials, including drywall, stucco, tile, flooring, and trim carpentry. Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to support various construction tasks. Interpret technical drawings and construction plans to ensure accurate execution of projects. Perform site preparation, including excavation, hardscaping construction projects, and outdoor work. Support window installation, door hanging, glass installation, and other building component setups. Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members. Collaborate with supervisors and tradespeople on remodeling projects, electrical work, plumbing, and construction inspection tasks. Qualifications Proven construction experience with a solid understanding of building construction processes. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation. Knowledge of construction management principles and estimating practices is a plus. Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately. Experience with drywall installation, plastering, caulking, stucco application, tile laying, flooring installation, and hardscape construction is preferred. Outdoor work experience is highly desirable; flexibility to work in various weather conditions is essential. Strong commitment to safety protocol adherence and quality workmanship.
