This energetic role offers the opportunity to work on diverse hardscaping and building projects, utilizing a wide array of tools and techniques. You will contribute to safe, efficient, and high-quality construction sites, supporting skilled tradespeople and project managers every step of the way. Whether you're experienced in construction or eager to learn, this position provides a platform to develop your skills while contributing to exciting projects. Duties Assist with the installation of building materials including drywall, stucco, tile, flooring, windows, doors, and glass. Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform tasks such as caulking, plastering, trim carpentry, and drywall finishing. Support heavy equipment operation for site preparation and material transport. Follow detailed construction plans and technical drawings to ensure precise execution of tasks. Perform site inspections to verify safety protocols are followed and work meets quality standards. Aid in hardscaping projects including paving, retaining walls, walkways, and other outdoor structures. Collaborate with team members on remodeling projects, ensuring timely completion while adhering to safety guidelines. Experience Prior construction site experience is highly preferred; familiarity with building construction processes is a plus. Hands-on experience with plumbing, electrical work, window installation, and glass installation is advantageous. Knowledge of interpreting technical drawings and construction plans is essential for accurate task execution. Experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts or excavators is desirable but not mandatory. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards. Strong understanding of safety protocols related to construction sites and material handling. Previous experience with Hardscape or outdoor construction projects will be considered an asset.
