Landscape Construction Crew Member

Hands-on outdoor construction work building patios, walkways, retaining walls, decks, docks and more. Work with a crew on residential and commercial projects. This is construction work, not lawn maintenance. Responsibilities Install patios, walkways, retaining walls, and similar features Perform site preparation including digging, grading, and base work Set and level pavers, stone, and block materials Operate tools and equipment safely Load, move, and organize materials Maintain a clean and organized job site Requirements Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy materials Consistent attendance Strong attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Hardscape or construction experience preferred Valid driver's license preferred Growth Opportunity Opportunity for advancement to a crew leader role Company Overview Arm-Strong Landscaping Ltd. is a local family-owned company based in Troy, Virginia, serving the surrounding community for over 20 years.
