Construction Laborer

Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. This role involves supporting construction projects through physical labor, assisting skilled tradespeople, and helping ensure safety and efficiency on-site. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, adaptable, and committed to maintaining a safe work environment while contributing to the successful completion of construction projects. Duties Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment at construction sites Prepare job sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and organizing tools and supplies Carry out basic tasks such as digging trenches, mixing concrete, and moving materials Support skilled tradespeople like carpenters, electricians, and plumbers in their work Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment at all times Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency Operate basic hand tools and machinery as trained and authorized Assist in setting up temporary structures or barriers around work zones Requirements Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions Prior experience in construction or manual labor is a plus but not required; training will be provided Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and teamwork Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately Must be at least 18 years old Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) regularly throughout the day Reliable transportation to job sites; valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as needed
