General Laborers Needed - Seasonal Opportunity!

Location:

Essex Junction, VT (On the Bus Line!)

Pay:

$20.00/hour

Schedule:

Flexible availability between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Weekend availability is required. Westaff is actively recruiting dependable and hardworking General Laborers for a growing event rental company entering its busiest season. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a team, this is a great opportunity with steady hours and overtime potential. What You'll Do Assemble, install, and dismantle event tents Inspect tents, equipment, and accessories to ensure quality and safety standards are met Monitor and maintain tent structures, making adjustments as needed for changing weather conditions Work as part of a team to safely and efficiently complete installations Set up and break down additional rental equipment, including: Dance floors Flooring and carpeting Lighting Stages Tables and chairs What We're Looking For Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to perform physical labor and lift equipment as needed Team-oriented attitude Attention to detail and commitment to safety Flexibility to work weekends and varying schedules
