August 20nd 10am-12pm (noon) Giancola Construction is looking for a hardworking General Laborer to join our team in Rutland, VT. This full-time position (Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) offers steady work with great benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and a 401K. If you enjoy working with your hands and being part of a team, this is a great opportunity!

Job Responsibilities:

Assist with rental property maintenance and renovation. Perform property cleanouts and demolition work. Load and unload equipment and materials. Shovel and remove snow during winter months. Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.

Qualifications:

Experience in construction, maintenance, or general labor preferred, but not required - we are willing to train the right candidate! Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding conditions. A positive attitude and willingness to learn. Reliable transportation with drivers license and strong work ethic.
