Tapani Careers Responsibilities As a Structures Laborer you are responsible for performing the day-to-day activities of the project in accordance with the Foreman's direction and schedule. In addition to the responsibilities listed below, you should be ready to do any other tasks assigned by your supervisor.

Your main responsibilities are:

Field Assignments

• Your tasks can vary from carrying materials to building or stripping forms Building forms Stripping forms Carry, Stage, Materials and appropriate tools to appropriate areas Shoveling, raking, grade checking, and fine grading Operating plate whackers, jumping jacks and a wide variety of power tools Installing pipe, manholes, or catch basins Unloading material Spotting for equipment operators / truck drivers Safety•You are responsible to use the correct clothing and safety gear with each task, and stay aware of your surroundings about possible safety hazards Use the correct PPE with each task and remain visible with clothing and positioning Pay attention to surroundings especially when working closely with equipment Raise any safety concerns proactively Site Maintenance•You help with keeping the jobsite clean and maintain all tools and equipment.

Clean up the job site at the end of every shift Ensure all small tools and equipment are utilized correctly, maintained well and kept clean Purpose Document of Tapani Inc.

Structures Laborer:

1-6 months previous working experience in construction Ready to work overtime or out-of-town if project requires For this position, an individual must be physically able to perform assigned tasks, and be able to lift, push and pull 50-100 pounds at a time. Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and be able to stand prolonged periods of time.
