Job Description Overview:

A full-service kitchen and bath remodeler is looking for a dependable and hardworking General Laborer/Mover to support field operations and ensure jobsites run efficiently from start to finish. This role is essential to the day-to-day flow of remodel projects. You will be regularly entering client homes, assisting crews, and handling materials-making reliability, communication, and customer service equally as important as physical capability.

JOB DUTIES

May include but not limited to the following: Safely load and unload tools, equipment, and building materials Move cabinetry, appliances, and construction materials in and out of client homes Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites (debris removal, sweeping, staging materials, etc.) Assist remodel teams with general labor tasks as directed Communicate clearly with supervisors, team members, and clients Represent company with professionalism, respect, and friendly demeanor

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills and customer-first mindset Strong reliability-punctual, dependable, and consistent Personable, respectful, and comfortable interacting inside client homes Ability to lift and move heavy materials safely Willingness to support a variety of labor tasks depending on project needs Able to work Saturdays when required

Pay:

$18.50-$21.50/hour depending on experience

Schedule:

20-40 hours per week, Monday-Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm
