Construction Worker

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Construction Worker to join our landscaping team. In this role, you will be actively involved in a variety of construction projects, contributing your expertise to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality building processes. Your hands-on approach and technical knowledge will help bring construction plans to life, supporting everything from foundational work to finishing touches. Responsibilities Assist with site preparation, including heavy lifting, material handling, and equipment setup to ensure smooth workflow. Operate power tools and heavy machinery safely and efficiently for tasks such as concrete pumping, framing, and demolition. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute project specifications. Perform rebar installation, concrete forming, and concrete finishing to meet quality standards. Conduct masonry work including stucco, tile laying, and brickwork as required by project scope. Support renovation and restoration projects by performing carpentry, drywall installation, caulking, trim carpentry, and plastering tasks. Collaborate with team members on roofing, metal stud framing, flooring installation, and other specialized construction activities. Ensure compliance with safety protocols while operating heavy equipment and handling hazardous materials on-site. Qualifications Proven experience working on construction sites with a solid understanding of construction processes and safety procedures. Mechanical knowledge combined with the ability to operate power tools, hand tools, and heavy equipment confidently. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Skilled in masonry, concrete finishing, framing (including metal stud framing), roofing, and tile laying. Knowledge of construction estimating principles is a plus. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights or in confined spaces as needed. Valid driver's license with commercial driving or heavy equipment operation certification preferred. Strong teamwork ethic with excellent communication skills; eager to learn new skills in renovation and restoration projects. Pay:

$17.10 - $30.44 per hour
