Finishing Laborer - Day Shift Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 AM | 5-day work week Pay $21.44-$25.00 per hour starting wage, based on experience Structured increases at 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year, with annual reviews after that What This Job Is You'll be part of the team responsible for the final steps before unit's ship out. This is where quality matters most. You'll be installing final components, sealing, cleaning, and making sure each unit is complete and ready for the customer. This is hands-on work that requires attention to detail and pride in the finished product. If something is off, you catch it and fix it. This is a safety-sensitive position. Attention to detail and safe work practices are required at all times.
