In this role, you will assist in various construction tasks, contributing to the successful completion of projects while ensuring safety and efficiency on-site. Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Duties Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris and hazardous materials. Load and unload construction materials and tools. Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete tasks efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety. Help with the installation of structures, frameworks, and fixtures as directed. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on-site to ensure personal and team safety. Requirements Previous experience in construction, operating equipment, or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Excellent communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately. Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus.
