Position Summary The Fence Laborer assists the Fence Foreman and crew with the installation, repair, and maintenance of a variety of fencing systems. This is a hands-on position requiring physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety and teamwork. Primary Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation of wood, vinyl, chain link, ornamental iron, and specialty fencing.
- Prepare job sites by measuring, laying out materials, and digging post holes.
- Set fence posts, mix and pour concrete, and install fence materials.
- Load, unload, and secure materials, tools, and equipment for transportation.
- Verify trucks are stocked with the necessary materials and equipment for each workday.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, skid steers, forklifts, and other equipment safely (training provided as needed).
- Carry materials between the truck and the jobsite.
- Work efficiently with the Fence Foreman and crew members.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Qualifications
- Construction or outdoor labor experience preferred.
- Fence installation experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn.
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Ability to follow directions and work well with others.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Valid Washington State driver's license required. Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 80+ pounds.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the day.
- Ability to work outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions.

Pay:
$75,000.00- $100,000.
