Position Summary The Fence Laborer assists the Fence Foreman and crew with the installation, repair, and maintenance of a variety of fencing systems. This is a hands-on position requiring physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety and teamwork. Primary Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of wood, vinyl, chain link, ornamental iron, and specialty fencing.
• Prepare job sites by measuring, laying out materials, and digging post holes.
• Set fence posts, mix and pour concrete, and install fence materials.
• Load, unload, and secure materials, tools, and equipment for transportation.
• Verify trucks are stocked with the necessary materials and equipment for each workday.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, skid steers, forklifts, and other equipment safely (training provided as needed).
• Carry materials between the truck and the jobsite.
• Work efficiently with the Fence Foreman and crew members.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Qualifications
• Construction or outdoor labor experience preferred.
• Fence installation experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Ability to follow directions and work well with others.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Valid Washington State driver's license required. Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift 80+ pounds.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the day.
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions.
