This is a hands‑on role where reliability, safety, and a strong work ethic matter. You'll work directly with skilled tradespeople and gain real experience in the marine and ship repair industry. What You'll Do Assist tradespeople with day‑to‑day ship repair and marine project tasks. Support cable pulling including routing, organizing, and handling cables under direction. Help with basic electrical prep such as staging materials and preparing work areas. Perform cleanup to maintain safe, organized workspaces. Move materials and tools around the yard, shop, and ships. Follow supervisor instructions to support shifting project needs. Work safely in shipyard environments including confined spaces, shop floors, and onboard vessels. Assist with basic marine repair tasks such as holding, positioning, or securing parts. Adapt to changing work locations including outdoor, indoor, and shipboard areas. in industrial or construction settings. What You Bring General labor or trades helper experience in industrial or construction settings. Ability to support cable pulling and basic electrical tasks under supervision. Physical capability to lift, carry, climb, and work in varied conditions. Strong instruction‑following skills with attention to detail. Safety awareness in industrial or marine environments. Reliability and punctuality to support project schedules. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Everett, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
