Duties Assist with landscape installation, including planting, mulching, and soil preparation Operate hand tools and power tools safely to support various landscaping tasks Support lawn care activities such as mowing, edging, and trimming trees or shrubs Help with site cleanup, debris removal, and maintaining a tidy work environment Aid in the setup and operation of equipment like excavators or irrigation systems Perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance Support hardscape projects by preparing materials and assisting with installation processes Requirements Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools Experience or interest in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening Ability to operate small machinery such as excavators or snow plows (training provided if needed) Knowledge of tree care, pruning, trimming, or horticulture is a plus Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety guidelines diligently Willingness to learn new skills related to construction and landscaping projects Physical stamina to perform outdoor labor in various weather conditions This role is paid and offers an exciting opportunity to develop practical skills in landscaping and construction while contributing to beautiful outdoor environments.
