• THIS IS AN ON-CALL/PART-TIME POSITION TO START

• (Hours will vary, must be available between 8 A.M. - 4 P.M.)

• MUST HAVE A RELIABLE VEHICLE THAT CAN TRANSPORT A 5FT LADDER

• What You'll Do Window Cleaning (primary focus) Clean interior and exterior residential windows, tracks, sills, and screens for a streak-free finish Safely set up and use ladders (must be comfortable with working from heights) Inspect windows for damage and report any issues to customers and management General Cleaning (cross-trained, for larger jobs) Clean and tidy bedrooms, living rooms, laundry rooms, and other common areas Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces as needed Coordinate with kitchen and bathroom cleaners to complete larger jobs efficiently as a team General Load, transport, and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies Follow safety procedures, especially when working at heights or near landscaping Communicate professionally and courteously with homeowners Complete job checklists and accurately log completed work Protect furniture, floors, and landscaping from water or cleaning product damage Manage a daily route and arrive on time to scheduled appointments What We're Looking For Prior cleaning or labor experience is a plus, but not required — we'll train you!

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
