ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Assist with the installation and maintenance of Fiber communication systems (cell towers, antennas, cables, and ground equipment) Operate company vehicles, including CDL-class trucks, in a safe and compliant manner Support crews with ground operations (site prep, cleanup, etc.) Perform basic construction tasks such as digging, trenching, concrete work, and site restoration Follow safety protocols, including OSHA standards and fall protection guidelines Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working condition Work outdoors in various weather conditions and terrain Travel to job sites as required (may include overnight stays)
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Regularly lift and/or move up to 100lbs Ability to work in remote or congested traffic areas Willingness to work outdoors in every type of weather Ability to work alone or with crews Ability to work safely Willing to travel
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Experience in operating various hand tools Clean driving record High school diploma or GED preferred Ability to lift 50-75 lbs and perform physically demanding work Willingness to work at heights and in outdoor environments Basic mechanical aptitude Strong work ethic and reliability
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
Bilingual Previous experience in telecom, construction, or utility work.
