We pride ourselves on consistently providing professional, high-quality, durable results. This is not your typical construction job. If you're looking for a position where you'll sit in an excavator or drive a truck all day, this isn't it. We're looking for someone who enjoys learning, likes variety, and wants to be involved in every phase of a project—from raw land to completed homes. Every week and every day is different, and that's exactly how we like it. If you enjoy learning new skills and taking on different challenges, you'll fit right in. We're building more than projects—we're building a team.

We will spend time training skills, we will not spend time training attitude. Have great attitude and a desire to learn We aren't looking for someone who waits for instructions. We're looking for someone who naturally asks: "What's next?" "How can I help?" "What can I do to keep this project moving?" If you take pride in being productive and keeping projects moving, you'll do well here.
Schedule :
Monday - Friday 6:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. is the majority of the work. Though construction doesn't follow a standard 8:00-5:00 schedule—our workdays depend on project deadlines, weather, customer needs and the goals we set for ourselves. Overtime is common, and everyone pitches in to finish the job safely and efficiently to WOW our clients.
Job Type:
Full-time Employee In-person Location The majority of our work is within Whatcom and Skagit Counties, though we do work for clients across the state and thus, will occasionally require our work to be done outside of these counties.
