Construction Laborer

Concrete Laborer Job Description Join our team as a General Laborer in a modern production facility equipped with cutting-edge technology and amenities. You will be responsible for setting up molds, assembling rebar cages, pouring and finishing concrete, while ensuring a safe working environment. The role involves operating a variety of hand and power tools, measuring devices, mobile equipment, and cranes. You will work around suspended loads and high-tension strands, accessing scaffolds and other elevated work platforms, and undertaking general laborer duties and special projects as required. Responsibilities Set up molds and assemble rebar cages for concrete pouring. Pour and finish concrete, ensuring a high-quality finish. Maintain a safe working environment at all times. Operate hand and power tools, mobile equipment, and cranes. Work around suspended loads and high-tension strands. Access scaffolds and elevated work platforms safely. Perform general laborer duties and assist with special projects. Essential Skills Construction experience, particularly in general labor and concrete work. Proficiency with hand tools and power tools. Ability to operate mobile equipment and cranes. 2+ years of experience in General Labor/Construction. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in carpentry and rigging is beneficial. Concrete finishing skills are a plus. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Newman Lake, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.19 - $25.00/hr.
