Immediate Hiring - Precast Concrete Laborers Aerotek Is Hiring Immediately! Aerotek is seeking motivated Precast Concrete Laborers to support all phases of precast concrete production. This is a full‑time, long‑term opportunity offering strong pay, consistent overtime, and real career growth. Job Responsibilities Assist with all phases of precast concrete production Build, set, and strip concrete forms Tie rebar and position embedded materials Move materials throughout the facility Perform general cleanup and maintain a safe work environment Receive on‑the‑job training (available for candidates with limited experience) Requirements At least 1 year of labor or concrete experience required Precast or construction experience preferred Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Candidates with other outdoor labor experience will also be considered Strong work ethic and reliability Job Details Day shift available Consistent overtime opportunities Full‑time, long‑term position

Pay:

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.19 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
