Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various construction tasks and be familiar with a wide range of tools and techniques. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively on construction sites. The Laborer will assist in various projects, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and safely. Responsibilities Assist in the construction, renovation, and repair of structures. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans. Perform tasks related to carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, masonry, and concrete finishing. Engage in heavy equipment operation as needed. Participate in restoration projects including hardscape and flooring installation. Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Experience Previous experience in construction or related fields is preferred. Familiarity with construction management processes and estimating is a plus. Experience with specific skills such as plastering, trim carpentry, roofing, caulking, cabinet installation, frame carpentry, door hanging, construction painting, tile laying, welding, glass installation, concrete forming, and fabrication will be highly regarded. Knowledge of safety practices on construction sites is essential. Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods while adhering to safety protocols.
