Valley Sign is a growing sign and graphics company based in Orting, WA. We specialize in high-quality indoor & outdoor signage, vehicle graphics, and custom vinyl applications. We take pride in craftsmanship, customer service, and delivering excellent results for our clients.

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Vinyl Installer / Print Production member to join our team. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, requiring both production and installation skills. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and confident working independently or with a team.

Responsibilities:

Install vinyl graphics on vehicles, windows, walls, and signage Operate large-format printers and laminators Prepare graphics for installation including weeding, cutting, and taping Ensure quality control throughout production and installation processes Load, transport, and install graphics at client locations Maintain a clean and organized workspace Communicate effectively with team members and management Completing assigned jobs on schedule, including sending photos, notes, and progress updates

What You'll Be Doing:

Ensuring clean, professional finishes on every project Working both independently and with a team on larger projects Representing the company professionally on job sites Completing assigned jobs on schedule, including sending photos, notes, and progress updates

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in vinyl installation and production OR Certification from Avery Dennison, Oracal, or 3M preferred Strong knowledge of vinyl application techniques and materials Experience with large-format printers and laminators Ability to weed, tape, and prep graphics efficiently and accurately Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required) Prioritizes safety on every job, including proper equipment use, site awareness, and adherence to safety procedures Ability to lift 25+ lbs and work on ladders when needed Strong attention to detail and time management skills Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Positive attitude and pride in your work How to
