Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide short-term, school-based support in McMillin, Washington. This position is covering a leave from now through the end of the current school year. The role focuses on supporting student success through targeted behavioral interventions and collaboration with school staff.
Assignment Details:
Duration:
Immediate start through end of school year
Schedule:
10-15 hours per week
Setting:
In-person only
Caseload & Responsibilities:
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Supervise one Behavior Technician (BT) implementing an existing short-term plan Provide consultation and support to school staff as needed
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and administrators Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data Support implementation fidelity of behavior plans Participate in relevant student meetings as needed Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards
Qualifications:
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field Prior school-based experience preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently in a short-term assignment
