We are seeking a motivated Water Technician/Laborer to join our dynamic team. This role involves performing water damage restoration, flood and mold remediation, and fire restoration projects. The ideal candidate will be energetic, safety-conscious, and eager to develop skills in the restoration industry while providing exceptional customer service and support during emergency response situations. Responsibilities Assist with water extraction, drying, cleaning, and mold remediation efforts on damaged properties Operate power tools, hand tools, and company vehicles safely and efficiently during project tasks Follow safety protocols including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and respiratory protection equipment Support fire and flood restoration projects by cleaning affected areas and preparing sites for repairs Respond promptly to emergency calls for water damage or flood incidents, providing on-call coverage as needed Maintain a clean work environment by performing debris removal, surface cleaning, and equipment sanitation Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with safety standards and industry best practices Skills Strong understanding of safety protocols including PPE use and respiratory protection measures Experience in water damage restoration, flood or fire restoration, or mold remediation preferred Construction experience is a plus; familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and carpet cleaning equipment is beneficial Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude during high-pressure situations Ability to operate company vehicles responsibly and adhere to all safety guidelines Willingness to be on-call for emergency response efforts and work flexible hours as needed Join our team to make a difference by restoring properties efficiently while building your skills in the thriving restoration industry!
Pay:
