Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Laborer and be a vital part of building or restoration projects ! In this energetic role, you will assist with various tasks on-site, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality throughout the construction process. Your hands-on contribution will help bring construction visions to life while gaining valuable experience in the industry. This paid position offers an engaging environment where teamwork, initiative, and a strong work ethic are celebrated. Responsibilities Assist with site preparation including unloading materials and setting up work areas Carry out manual labor such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving construction materials and tools Support skilled tradespeople by providing necessary tools and supplies promptly Maintain a clean and safe work environment by clearing debris and adhering to safety protocols Operate basic equipment under supervision and report any maintenance needs or hazards Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks efficiently and accurately Ensure compliance with safety standards at all times Requirements Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work well within a team Basic understanding of construction site safety practices is preferred but not required; training will be provided Prior experience in construction or manual labor roles is a plus Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a safe work environment Embark on an exciting career journey with us!
