Vinyl Wrap Installer - Part Time

Job Summary The Part-Time Vinyl Wrap Installer supports NEWD's production team by installing vinyl graphics and wraps on vehicles and other surfaces with a high level of quality and attention to detail. This role is intended for someone with prior wrap installation experience who can assist with a variety of projects during normal business hours, off-hours, or weekends depending on workload and project needs. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in producing clean, professional finished work. Key Responsibilities Install vinyl wraps, decals, lettering, and graphics on vehicles, trailers, windows, walls, and other applicable surfaces Assist with partial wraps, full wraps, spot graphics, and fleet-style installation projects Prepare surfaces properly before installation, including cleaning, measuring, positioning, and alignment Remove existing graphics or vinyl as needed and support surface preparation for reinstallation Work carefully to ensure finished products are installed neatly, accurately, and without damage Review project instructions, mockups, and layout details before beginning installation Communicate with NEWD leadership regarding project status, installation timing, and any issues that arise Maintain tools, materials, and work areas in a clean and organized manner Support occasional shop-based production or finishing work related to wrap and graphics projects Follow safety expectations and use ladders, lifts, and installation tools appropriately when needed Required Qualifications Prior experience installing vinyl wraps, graphics, or large-format vinyl applications Ability to install graphics with strong attention to detail and overall presentation quality Comfort working independently on assigned projects with limited supervision Ability to manage physical installation work, including standing, bending, reaching, and lifting materials Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Dependable schedule and willingness to work flexible hours based on project needs Preferred Qualifications Experience with full vehicle wraps, partial wraps, commercial graphics, or fleet installations Experience with vinyl removal and surface prep Familiarity with working in both shop and field installation environments General knowledge of wrap materials, tools, and installation best practices Experience working in a print, sign, graphics, or apparel production environment Work Schedule / Status This is a part-time position. Hours may vary based on project volume, deadlines, and installation schedules. Work may be performed during regular business hours, evenings, or weekends depending on business needs and installer availability.
