Full-time Job Description:

We are hiring a dependable construction laborer to join our pool construction crew. This is full-time, year-round work based out of the Lake Geneva/Burlington area. We build and service residential swimming pools. Work includes excavation prep, equipment installs, plumbing, concrete prep, hardscape support, and general site work. This is outdoor, physical work. If you don't like heat, dirt, or early mornings, this isn't for you.

Pay:

$22

• 28 per hour based on experience Opportunity for raises based on performance Overtime available during peak season

What You'll Be Doing:

Job site setup and cleanup Shoveling, grading, material handling Assisting with plumbing and equipment installs Working around skid steers and excavators Driving truck and trailer (if qualified) Supporting crew lead on daily tasks

What We're Looking For:

Shows up on time. Every day. Can work outdoors in all weather Physically capable (lifting 80 lbs repeatedly) Valid driver's license Can follow direction but also work independently Construction or landscaping experience is a plus
