Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Construction Labor / Subcontractor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting various construction projects by performing hands-on tasks, operating tools and equipment, and assisting with site preparation and finishing. Your contributions will help ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction sites, develop your skills across multiple trades, and be part of a collaborative team dedicated to excellence. Responsibilities Assist with site setup, including material handling, staging, and organizing tools and equipment Perform general labor tasks such as digging, trenching, and debris removal to maintain a clean and safe work environment Operate hand tools and power tools safely to support carpentry, framing, roofing, and other trades Support skilled tradespeople with tasks like drywall installation, painting, caulking, flooring, tile laying, and masonry work Read blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements and assist with measurements and layout Use heavy equipment under supervision for excavation or material transport as needed Conduct basic inspections of work sites to ensure safety compliance and quality standards are met Requirements Prior experience working on construction sites or in related roles preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and basic construction techniques Ability to read blueprints or schematics is a plus Knowledge of various trades including plumbing, electrical systems, masonry, roofing, or carpentry is highly desirable Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods Commitment to safety protocols and ability to operate equipment responsibly Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills Join us if you're eager to build your career in construction!
