Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00

Responsibilities include:

Constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made from wood, plywood, wallboard, and other building materials Measuring, cutting, and shaping lumber and other materials accurately Framing, sheeting, and general carpentry work Reading and interpreting blueprints and project specifications Inspecting materials and structures to identify defects or needed repairs Repairing damaged or structurally unsound framework Safely operating hand and power tools Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe job site Working collaboratively with team members to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards What We're Looking For Previous construction experience required Strong skills in framing, sheeting, measuring, and cutting Ability to read and interpret blueprints Familiarity with power tools and safe operating procedures Ability to work at heights, including roof work Ability to lift 50-60 pounds regularly Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons, including Wisconsin winters Tool belt strongly recommended High school diploma or GED required Associate degree in Carpentry or completion of a carpentry apprenticeship is a plus Key Qualities Strong work ethic and reliability Attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship Excellent problem-solving skills Good communication and teamwork abilities Strong organizational skills Physical stamina and strength Ready to Build Something Great?
