Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Construction worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with various construction tasks, support the team atmosphere, and contribute to the successful completion of building projects. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry while working in a dynamic and safety-conscious environment. The Construction worker will be responsible for performing physically demanding tasks, maintaining a clean work site, and adhering to safety protocols. Responsibilities Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up safety barriers Load and unload construction materials and equipment Assist skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers as needed Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents or injuries Support the installation of structures, framing, or other construction components Perform general labor tasks including digging, lifting, carrying, and material handling Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required Prior experience in construction or manual labor is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team Ability to follow instructions carefully and adhere to safety protocols Valid driver's license is a plus but not required This position is ideal for individuals interested in building a career in construction or those seeking practical experience in the trades. We typically work 4-10 hour days and enjoy a 3 day weekend. We welcome motivated candidates eager to contribute to our projects while developing valuable skills in a supportive environment.
