We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Construction Laborer to join our growing team. If you enjoy working outdoors, learning new skills, and being part of building exceptional homes, we'd like to hear from you. Position Summary The Construction Laborer will assist our carpenters and construction crews with a variety of tasks involved in residential construction. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the building trades while working on custom home projects throughout the region. Responsibilities Assist with residential construction projects from start to finish. Load, unload, and transport building materials and tools. Help with site preparation, demolition, excavation, and cleanup. Assist carpenters with framing, siding, roofing, decking, and finish work. Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site. Follow directions from supervisors and crew leaders. Perform general labor tasks as needed to support project completion. Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures. Qualifications Construction experience is preferred but not required. Willingness to learn and develop new skills. Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented. Benefits Competitive hourly wage based on experience. Year-round employment.
