In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with various installation, fabrication, and construction tasks across multiple project sites. Your energetic approach and hands-on skills will contribute to the successful completion of projects, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your construction expertise while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Assist with the installation of fireplaces and chimney components using hand tools and power tools Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to support project execution Perform demolition, restoration, and finishing tasks such as framing, drywall installation, caulking, and painting Operate Ladder equipment and scaffolding safely to facilitate construction activities Measure, cut, fabricate, and install materials including metal, block, tile, flooring, and other masonry elements Support site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations Collaborate with team members on framing, roofing, masonry, electrical, plumbing, and other specialized trades Experience Prior experience working on construction sites or in a related laborer role is preferred Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics is highly advantageous Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and fabrication techniques is essential Knowledge of various construction disciplines such as carpentry, roofing, masonry, plumbing, electrical work, and drywall finishing is desirable Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety protocols Strong communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately Join our team as an Installer/Laborer if you're eager to build your career in construction!
