Responsibilities Assist with concrete mixing, pouring, finishing, and cutting to create solid foundations and structures. Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to support accurate execution of projects. Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks such as rebar installation, formwork construction, and concrete cutting. Support heavy lifting activities and material handling to ensure smooth workflow on-site. Follow all safety protocols and workplace safety regulations to maintain a secure environment for everyone. Aid in the installation of hardscape features, flooring, stucco, plastering, caulking, and restoration work as needed. Assist with blueprint specification interpretation and construction estimating tasks to support project planning. Requirements Prior experience working on construction sites or in related environments is highly preferred. Knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations and proper use of hand tools and power tools. Mechanical knowledge relevant to construction processes such as concrete forming, rebar installation, and concrete pumping. Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans accurately. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety protocol adherence throughout all tasks. Basic understanding of renovation techniques including flooring installation, stucco application, plastering, caulking, and restoration projects is a plus.
