Job Description
We are looking for a reliable, hard-working general laborer to join our team. As a general laborer with EverLast Rehab, you will perform a variety of tasks based on the current project. This position includes travel to a variety of cities located in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, and South Dakota with, at times, overnight stays depending on project size and location, but will never have to stay out of town over a weekend. Travel to and from projects to be done in a company vehicle from our shop located in St. Croix Falls, and includes paid drive time. EverLast Rehab specializes in underground infrastructure repair, rehabilitation, and lining. No prior experience is required, as we provide on-site training, but experience working outdoors, and a knowledge of general construction and mechanical work would be favored. Day to Day Responsibilities vary based on the project, but can include the following:
- Communicate with project managers, supervisors, and outside contractors.
- Sandblasting and/or Grinding for preparation of product installation.
- Installation of various interior liners. Materials will vary based on project requirements from concrete, epoxy coatings, and chemical grout.
- HDPE and PVC Liner Welding
- Confined Space Entry (Certification and Training provided) General Requirements
- Valid Driver's License.
- Ability to lift, haul, and carry up to 60 pounds.
- Ability to work outside in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to work in confined spaces and be comfortable working off of a ladder, at times up to approximately 40 feet.
- Able to work efficiently individually, and in a team setting.
