What You'll Do Install basement and foundation waterproofing systems, sump pumps, foundation repair systems, and crawl space encapsulation products in homeowners' houses. Travel with your crew to the customer's home to install the job. Deliver high-quality installations using company-approved methods and industry best practices. Operate safely and efficiently in a variety of construction environments. Work inside and outside in the elements, depending on the extent of the job being done. Represent the company professionally while providing an exceptional customer experience. Pay:
$19.00/hour, with performance-based bonus opportunities bringing total earning potential up to $23.00/hour
Requirements:
What We're Looking For! Must be at least 18 years of age. High school diploma or GED. Valid, non-probationary driver's license with an acceptable driving record that meets Company insurance requirements. Must successfully complete all required pre-employment screenings, which may include a motor vehicle record review, criminal background check (where permitted by law), and drug screening. Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn. Ability to work in physically demanding environments. Ability to lift or move up to 100 lb. occasionally, and/or up to 50 lb. of force frequently, and/or up to 35 lb. of force constantly to move objects. Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel and perform physical labor throughout the workday. Team-player attitude with a commitment to quality workmanship.
