$20.00/hour About the Role Our Client is seeking a hardworking and dependable General Laborer to support daily field and landfill operations in Whitelaw, WI. This hands-on role focuses on maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. It's a great fit for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and contributing to essential site operations. Key Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness around the landfill by picking up debris and performing general site cleanup. Complete groundskeeping tasks such as mowing grass and controlling weeds. Safely navigate slopes, uneven terrain, and outdoor conditions to perform maintenance duties. Assist with manual labor tasks including lifting, moving materials, loading/unloading, and operating basic equipment. Support site staff with various operational needs as assigned. Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE, including steel-toed shoes. Qualifications Required High school diploma or GED. Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor environments. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Preferred Previous experience in general labor, construction, landscaping, or field operations. Familiarity with basic equipment operation. Work Environment Outdoor, physical work environment with exposure to varying weather conditions. Requires walking, bending, lifting up to 30 lbs , and working around dirt, noise, and odors.
