Overview We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. Duties Assist in the preparation and cleanup of construction sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed. Operate basic hand tools and power tools under the supervision of skilled tradespeople. Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled workers to complete tasks efficiently. Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition by cleaning and storing them properly. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team. Skills Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods. Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team. Good communication skills to interact effectively with supervisors and coworkers. Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed correctly and safely. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
