Job Description

Construction Labor JENNMAR is a seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Construction Laborers! Having experience in equipment operation and dump truck familiarity, could impact pay rate but is not required for this position. This role is essential in supporting various construction projects, and ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
Duties of Construction Labor:
Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe and organized workspace. Implementing construction plans. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed for construction activities. Operate basic hand tools and power tools under the supervision of skilled tradespeople. Follow instructions from supervisors to complete all tasks assigned. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition by cleaning and performing minor repairs. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to promote a safe working environment.
Requirements of Construction Labor:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Sitework Construction Laborer. Experience with necessary tools and equipment. Reliable transportation. Possessing a valid driver's license. Good coordination. Ability to work in all weather conditions. Able to work 40 hours per week with possible overtime. Able to pass pre-employment drug screen. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
Compensation of Construction Labor:
