General Laborers! Express Employment Professionals is accepting applications for Construction Laborer positions in the Casper and Douglas areas. If you are reliable, hardworking, and ready for a hands-on role, this is a great opportunity to get started in the construction field. What You'll Do Assist contractors with daily job-site tasks Perform general site cleanup and maintain a safe work area Operate hand tools and power tools safely and correctly Use job-site equipment with proper training Follow all safety procedures and guidelines Lift and carry materials up to 75 lbs Load and unload building materials Dig trenches, holes, and support structural groundwork What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials (up to 75 lbs) Comfortable using hand and power tools Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team Safety-focused mindset Why Join Us?
