No Experience required but is a plus. Willing to train.

Health Insurance, IRA, Paid Time off, Competitive Pay Year Round Employment Key responsibilities and accountabilities: The General Construction Laborer performs tasks involving physical labor at construction projects. May operate hand and power tools of all types: air hammers, earth tampers, small concrete equipment, surveying and lasers. Laborers may operate, compactors,, vehicles, and a variety of other construction equipment. The Construction Laborer may clean and prepare sites including: digging, spreading and leveling dirt and gravel; lifting, carrying, and handling building materials, cleaning tools and equipment. The Construction Laborer is involved with pouring and spreading concrete; setting up footings and foundations, excavation and compaction, preparation for concrete placement, operate jack hammers and drills to break up concrete, removing forms. Laborers may perform painting prep such as masking, pressure washing, and caulking. Performs tasks including construction demo, and clean-up of debris and work areas; siding, roofing, gutter installation, receive and track materials, tools, equipment and supplies. Lubricate, clean, and repair machinery, equipment, and tools. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Ability to establish and maintain positive and cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work. Tasks during the winter months such as shoveling snow, running snow blowers, salting walks and parking lots are also considered to be part of the laborer's position.
